Your Core Responsibilities: - Provide specialized care to patients under consultant supervision. - Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency gastroenterology cases. - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, and liver biopsies. - Monitor patient progress, document findings, and update treatment plans. - Assist in managing chronic conditions like IBD, hepatitis, and cirrhosis. - Participate in academic activities, case discussions, and departmental teaching. - Support research projects, clinical trials, and publications in gastroenterology. - Maintain accurate medical records, procedure notes, and patient documentation. - Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
