About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical care to patients under consultant supervision.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care to patients requiring surgical evaluation and management under consultant supervision. - Assist in elective and emergency surgeries, including pre- and post-operative care. - Conduct OPD and IPD rounds, assessing patient progress and updating treatment plans. - Perform minor procedures and assist in major surgical interventions. - Participate in trauma management, critical care, and surgical emergencies. - Maintain accurate patient records, operative notes, and surgical documentation. - Engage in academic activities, case discussions, and departmental teaching. - Support research projects, clinical audits, and publications in surgery.
