About the Role: As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to in-patients, ensuring their health and safety around the clock.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide round-the-clock medical care and supervision to in-patients. - Monitor patient vitals, progress, and manage emergency cases. - Assist senior consultants during procedures and clinical rounds. - Ensure timely documentation, prescriptions, and medical updates. - Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for effective patient care. - Respond to medical emergencies and perform basic life support (BLS/ACLS). - Communicate with patient families regarding condition and treatment. - Maintain records for audits, MLCs, and insurance documentation.
