Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Anesthetist at CIMS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
How You'll Contribute: - Assess patients pre-operatively and determine appropriate anesthesia plans. - Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures. - Monitor patient vitals and manage airway, ventilation, and anesthesia depth intraoperatively. - Respond to emergencies such as cardiac arrest and manage pain relief in critical care settings. - Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records and post-anesthesia care. - Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for safe surgical outcomes. - Oversee post-operative recovery and manage complications related to anesthesia.
