How You'll Contribute: - Deliver lectures and hands-on training in Emergency & Trauma Care to undergraduate/postgraduate students. - Develop and update course curriculum in line with industry practices and academic guidelines. - Guide students in managing trauma cases, emergency protocols, and critical care procedures. - Supervise clinical training in emergency departments and ambulance services. - Assess student progress through written, oral, and practical evaluations. - Mentor students in research, case studies, and dissertations related to emergency care. - Conduct and publish research in trauma, emergency response, and pre-hospital care. - Support hospital collaborations for clinical exposure and skill development. - Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and quality audits.
