About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. - Monitor and manage patient vitals intraoperatively and postoperatively. - Assist in emergency airway management and critical care interventions. - Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and obtain informed consent. - Manage pain relief protocols in post-operative and ICU settings. - Ensure availability and functionality of anesthesia equipment and drugs. - Maintain accurate anesthesia and patient monitoring records. - Work in coordination with surgeons, intensivists, and nursing staff.
