About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in managing and treating patients with various internal medicine conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Manage and treat patients with a wide range of internal medicine conditions. - Perform clinical evaluations, diagnostic tests, and initiate treatment plans. - Monitor admitted patients and provide round-the-clock care as needed. - Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with other specialties. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records. - Participate in ward rounds, OPD, and academic teaching sessions. - Supervise interns and junior residents in clinical duties. - Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital safety protocols.
