Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Psychiatry, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with psychiatric disorders across all age groups.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage patients with psychiatric disorders across all age groups. - Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and risk assessments. - Provide counseling, psychotherapy, and pharmacological treatment. - Handle psychiatric emergencies, including suicidal or violent patients. - Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed. - Maintain accurate medical and psychiatric records for each patient. - Participate in ward rounds, OPDs, de-addiction clinics, and community psychiatry programs. - Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams.
