What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures and practical training. - Design and update curriculum based on current clinical practices and regulatory norms. - Guide students in clinical postings, internships, research projects, and dissertations. - Ensure hands-on training with cardiac perfusion equipment and simulation labs. - Conduct regular assessments, student evaluations, and provide academic mentorship. - Promote research and publish in peer-reviewed journals and participate in conferences. - Support the professional development of students and junior faculty. - Coordinate with hospital departments for clinical exposure and training. - Participate in academic committees, accreditation work, and institutional initiatives.
