Your Core Responsibilities: - Teach core subjects related to Radiotherapy Technology to UG/PG students through lectures and practical sessions. - Design and regularly update curriculum based on latest radiological and oncological practices. - Provide hands-on training in radiation therapy equipment, treatment planning, and safety protocols. - Guide students during clinical postings in radiotherapy departments and cancer care centers. - Evaluate student progress through examinations, practicals, and continuous assessments. - Mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and case presentations. - Publish academic and clinical research in reputed journals and participate in conferences. - Support junior faculty development and ensure academic excellence in the department.
