About the Role: As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Supervise and guide junior nursing staff in providing quality patient care. - Monitor patients’ condition and oversee critical care procedures and medication administration. - Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams for seamless patient management. - Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards. - Train and mentor new nurses, conducting regular skill assessments. - Handle complex clinical situations and act as a first responder during emergencies. - Maintain accurate patient records, nursing charts, and handover reports. - Participate in departmental audits, NABH/JCI compliance, and quality initiatives.
