About the Role: As an Anesthesiologist at KIMSHealth Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing various procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anesthesia safely to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures. - Assess patients pre-operatively to evaluate anesthesia risks and plan appropriate anesthesia techniques. - Monitor patients’ vital signs and physiological status during surgery and adjust anesthesia accordingly. - Manage pain relief during and after procedures, including acute and chronic pain management. - Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety. - Respond promptly to anesthesia-related emergencies and complications. - Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation for all patients. - Stay updated on advances in anesthesia techniques, medications, and patient safety protocols.
