About the Role: As a Gastroenterologist at KIMSHEALTH, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate patients presenting with gastrointestinal and liver disorders. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging, and stool analysis. - Perform endoscopic procedures including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP. - Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic GI diseases. - Manage chronic conditions like inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis, and GERD. - Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and dietitians. - Educate patients on dietary and lifestyle modifications. - Maintain detailed patient records and procedure documentation. - Manage gastrointestinal emergencies such as bleeding and pancreatitis.
