About the Role: As a Urologist at KIMSHEALTH, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing patients with various urological disorders, ensuring high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess and manage patients with kidney, bladder, prostate, urethra, and male reproductive system disorders. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests including urine analysis, imaging, and cystoscopy. - Perform surgical procedures such as prostatectomy, lithotripsy, and reconstructive surgeries. - Manage urological cancers, infections, urinary incontinence, and erectile dysfunction. - Conduct minimally invasive and endoscopic procedures. - Provide pre- and post-operative care and monitor patient recovery. - Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists. - Educate patients on disease management and preventive care. - Maintain accurate medical records and procedure documentation. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology and surgical techniques.
