About the Role: As a GICU Staff Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the General ICU. - Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support and monitoring equipment. - Assist in diagnostic procedures, treatments, and emergency interventions for ICU patients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment charts. - Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for patient care. - Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols in the ICU. - Educate and support patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care requirements. - Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and trainees in the ICU.
