Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a NICU Staff Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns, ensuring their health and safety in a critical environment.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns in the NICU. - Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment. - Assist in diagnostic procedures, treatments, and emergency interventions for neonates. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts for each patient. - Educate and support parents on newborn care, feeding, and post-discharge instructions. - Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals. - Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols in the NICU. - Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and trainees in the NICU. - Participate in audits, quality improvement, and continuous education programs.
