About the Role: As a Ward Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care to patients in our hospital wards, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted in hospital wards. - Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the doctor promptly. - Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments accurately. - Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and ward rounds. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts. - Educate and counsel patients and their families on treatment and care. - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in the ward. - Supervise and guide junior nursing staff, interns, and support staff.
