About the Role: As a Pharmacist at AIMSAR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Dispensing prescribed medications accurately to patients. - Reviewing prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and appropriateness. - Providing counseling and guidance to patients on proper medication use. - Maintaining accurate records of prescriptions, stock, and sales. - Monitoring inventory, managing stock levels, and reordering medicines as needed. - Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and hospital pharmacy regulations. - Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for patient care. - Implementing quality control measures and maintaining pharmacy hygiene standards. - Participating in audits, inspections, and continuous professional development.
