About the Role: As an MBBS Clinician at Fortis Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate care to patients and ensuring their well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Attend to new patients immediately. - Take proper patient history and examine patients thoroughly. - Record details in the history sheet and ensure relatives sign off. - Inform consultants about patient conditions and follow their orders. - Conduct patient rounds and follow up on investigations. - Maintain records of Medico Legal Cases (MLC). - Prepare police information reports for MLCs.
