About the Role: As a Jr. MBBS Resident, you will play a crucial role in providing primary medical care under the supervision of senior doctors, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide primary medical care under the supervision of senior doctors. - Conduct patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations. - Assist in diagnosing and managing common medical conditions. - Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly. - Support emergency and critical care management as required. - Perform minor medical procedures and assist in surgeries if needed. - Coordinate with nurses and allied healthcare professionals for patient care. - Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and medical ethics. - Educate patients and their families about treatment plans. - Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical training sessions.
