About the Role: As an MBBS RMO at Medlix Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing initial assessments and treatments to patients, ensuring their well-being and safety.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients. - Monitor patient progress and update senior consultants on critical cases. - Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care. - Assist in minor surgical procedures and medical interventions. - Perform routine medical procedures like IV cannulation, catheterization, and intubation. - Ensure proper documentation of patient history, symptoms, and treatments. - Liaise with senior doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff for seamless patient care. - Communicate effectively with patient families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans. - Coordinate with different hospital departments for diagnostic tests and reports.
