About the Role: As the Regional Head - Dermatologist, you will play a crucial role in leading our dermatology services across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and business growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing dermatology operations in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
- Implementing business development strategies to enhance service offerings.
- Managing P&L responsibilities and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Leading a team of dermatologists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in dermatology treatments and technologies.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in Medicine (MD) with a specialization in Dermatology.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in a clinical or managerial role in dermatology.
- Strong skills in laser hair removal, botox, PRP, and hydra facial treatments.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the healthcare sector.
