About the Role: As a Junior Consultant in Nephrology, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and managing patients with kidney-related diseases, contributing to their overall health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in diagnosing and managing patients with kidney-related diseases and disorders. - Conduct clinical assessments, interpret lab results, and perform renal function tests. - Support senior nephrologists during ward rounds and outpatient consultations. - Develop treatment plans including dialysis and medication management. - Monitor patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient medical records. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. - Respond to nephrology-related emergencies and critical care needs. - Participate in academic sessions, case discussions, and continuous learning.
