What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall neonatal health continuously.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutritional support as prescribed.
• Operate and manage NICU equipment such as ventilators and incubators.
• Assist neonatologists during procedures and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure strict infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Support and educate parents on newborn care and NICU procedures.
