About the Role:

Join Aveksha Hospitals as an OT Incharge and lead the operation theatre team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the operation theatre.
• Ensuring strict adherence to OT protocols, sterility, and infection control standards.
• Coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, and technicians for OT scheduling.
• Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of OT equipment, instruments, and consumables.
• Monitoring OT staff duty rosters, performance, and training requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Diploma in Nursing.
• 1 to 5 years of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
