About the Role:
As a MICU Nurse Incharge at Neotia Getwel Healthcare Centre, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality nursing care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities in the MICU.
- Ensure safe, high-quality nursing care for critically ill adult patients.
- Plan duty rosters, manage staffing levels, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Assist intensivists during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Oversee proper operation and maintenance of MICU equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate MICU nursing staff performance.
