About the Role:
Join Neotia Getwel Healthcare Centre as a CICU Nurse Incharge and lead the nursing staff in providing exceptional care in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in the CICU.
- Ensure specialized nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and patient clinical status.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges within the CICU.
- Manage staffing schedules, duty rosters, and unit resources.
- Assist cardiologists during cardiac emergencies and invasive procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.

- BSC Nursing qualification.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a relevant field.
