Your Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Operation Theatre.
• Ensure strict adherence to OT protocols, sterility, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, and technicians for OT scheduling.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT equipment, instruments, and consumables.
• Monitor OT staff duty rosters, performance, and training requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Diploma in Nursing.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills in attention to detail, teamwork, coordination and communication.
