What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day functioning of the Operation Theatre.
- Ensuring strict adherence to OT protocols, sterility, and infection control standards.
- Coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, and technicians for OT scheduling.
- Ensuring availability and proper functioning of OT equipment, instruments, and consumables.
- Monitoring OT staff duty rosters, performance, and training requirements.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A Diploma in Nursing with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Skills in Attention to Detail, Team Work, Coordination, and Communication.
