About the Role: Join Jagannath Gupta Institute Of Medical Sciences And Hospital (JIMSH) as a NICU Nurse, where you’ll provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor vital signs, oxygenation, and other critical parameters continuously.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and neonatal therapies as prescribed.
• Assist with neonatal resuscitation, ventilation, and other emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams for care planning.
• Educate and support parents on neonatal care, feeding, and follow-up protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and NICU protocols.
• Participate in clinical rounds, assessments, and treatment planning.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A BSC Nursing degree.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
