About the Role: As the PICU Nurse In Charge, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for critically ill pediatric patients.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in the PICU.
• Monitor clinical practices, patient outcomes, and compliance with protocols.
• Manage staffing schedules, duty rosters, and resource allocation.
• Assist pediatric intensivists during critical procedures and emergencies.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PICU equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.

• A BSC Nursing degree with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
