About the Role:

Join our team as an Infection Control Nurse at Neotia Getwel Healthcare Centre in Siliguri, West Bengal.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs.
• Conduct regular surveillance of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and standard precautions.
• Educate and train healthcare staff on infection prevention practices.
• Perform audits, inspections, and risk assessments across clinical areas.
• Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and biomedical waste management processes.
• Maintain infection control records, reports, and surveillance data.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A BSC in Nursing.
• 4 to 7 years of related work experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
