About the Role:

Join The Agile Recruitment Agency as an ICU Nurse. Your expertise in critical care will be vital in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide 24/7 nursing care for patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, ECG, oxygen levels, and other critical parameters.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency drugs as prescribed.
• Operate and manage ICU equipment including ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Assist doctors in procedures, intubation, central line insertion, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing records and charts.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and life-threatening situations.
• Ensure readiness of medical supplies and equipment in the ICU.
• Participate in training, audits, and continuous education programs.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A BSc in Nursing and 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in medical record documentation and patient care techniques.
