About the Role:
As a Nursing ICU Incharge at Padmini Care Hospital, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing ICU nursing staff, ensuring exceptional care for critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and manage ICU nursing staff, including shift planning, delegation, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure round-the-clock high-quality nursing care for critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, ventilator management, and critical care procedures.
- Coordinate with ICU consultants, doctors, and other allied departments for patient management.
- Maintain accurate ICU records, charts, and documentation for patients.
