About the Role:
Join Alpha Hospital, Sola, as a Staff Nurse-ICU and provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs and hemodynamic parameters.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and advanced life-support interventions as per physician orders.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Assist doctors during ICU procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical changes in patient conditions.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience in an ICU setting.
- A BSc in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to patient care and self-motivation.
