About the Role: Join Padmini Care Hospital as a Nursing MICU Incharge, taking lead in supervising and managing MICU nursing staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and manage MICU nursing staff, including scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure delivery of round-the-clock nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, hemodynamic status, ventilator settings, and critical interventions.
- Coordinate with ICU consultants, physicians, and allied departments for effective patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing charts, and documentation of interventions.

- BSc Nursing qualification.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
