About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct patient care in assigned wards or units.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in medical procedures.
- Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and trainees.
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors in treatments, procedures, and emergency care.
- Implement infection control measures and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
- Support patient and family education regarding treatments and care.
- Participate in audits, training sessions, and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality nursing care.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- BSc or GNM qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong management, communication, and teamwork skills.
