About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Silver Streak Multi Speciality Hospital as a NICU Nurse in Gurugram, Haryana.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide specialized care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), managing both preterm and critically ill infants.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and other critical parameters.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutritional support as per physician orders.
- Operate and manage NICU equipment, including incubators, ventilators, and monitors.
- Assist doctors during neonatal procedures, resuscitation, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of infant care and interventions.
- Educate and support parents on newborn care, feeding, and follow-up protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc in Nursing.
- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
