• Manage OPD, IPD, emergency, and critical care cases independently or in coordination with teams.
• Perform and supervise specialty-specific diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as clinically required.
• Guide and supervise junior doctors, residents, and medical officers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Qualification: DM Hematology
• Work Experience: 1 to 5 Years (As per NMC Norms)
• Skills: Communication Skills, Decision Making, Clinical Expertise, Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration.
