Sr. Resident - Orthopedics at Inventure HR Solutions

About the Role: Join Inventure HR Solutions as a Sr. Resident in Orthopedics in Karjat, Maharashtra.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide comprehensive care to orthopedic inpatients and outpatients, including preoperative and postoperative management.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, and joint injuries.
• Assist in and perform orthopedic surgeries under the supervision of consultants.
• Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate medical and surgical records.
• Prescribe medications, order investigations, and implement treatment plans as per hospital protocols.
• Participate in emergency orthopedic cases and trauma management.
• Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• DNB in Orthopedics.
• 1 to 5 years of work experience.
• Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
