About the Role:
Join Inventure HR Solutions as a Sr. Resident in General Surgery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive care to surgical inpatients, including preoperative and postoperative management.
- Assist in and perform surgical procedures under the supervision of consultants.
- Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate medical and surgical records.
- Participate in emergency surgical cases, trauma care, and critical interventions.
- Prescribe medications, order investigations, and implement treatment plans according to hospital protocols.
- Assist in minor and major operative procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries.
- Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students in surgical wards and OT.
