About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including trauma, tumors, and degenerative disorders.
• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures such as cranial, spinal, and endoscopic surgeries.
• Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and surgical teams in clinical and operative settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes, and provide post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, radiology, ICU, and rehabilitation services.
• Participate in departmental academic activities, case discussions, seminars, and CMEs.
• Conduct clinical research, audits, and publications in neurosurgery.

• DNB in Neurosurgery with 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
