About the Role:

Join Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, YMCA - Nagpur, as a Critical Care-Intensivist, where you will manage and oversee critically ill patients in ICU settings.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and life-support interventions.
• Lead ICU teams, coordinating with nursing staff, residents, and multidisciplinary specialists.
• Diagnose, treat, and stabilize patients with multi-organ failure, sepsis, or trauma.
• Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and hospital guidelines.
• Conduct procedures like central line insertion, intubation, and bedside interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and ICU documentation.
• Counsel patient families about critical conditions, prognosis, and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuing education.
