About the Role:

Join our team at Paras HMRI Hospital, Indrapuri, Bihar as a Consultant / Senior Consultant-Urology.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients with urological conditions, including kidney, bladder, prostate, and urinary tract disorders.
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries such as endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open surgeries.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient counseling and follow-up.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants, residents, and nursing staff in clinical and operative settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care with nephrology, oncology, and other specialties.
• Participate in departmental academic activities, seminars, workshops, and CMEs.
• Conduct and guide clinical research, audits, and publications in urology.
