About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate and manage patients requiring surgical intervention for cancer.
- Perform oncologic surgeries, including elective and complex procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive cancer care.
- Conduct pre-operative planning and post-operative patient monitoring.
- Counsel patients and families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and recovery.
- Maintain detailed operative records and documentation.
- Participate in tumor boards and academic sessions.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
- Mentor and train junior surgeons.
- Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives.
