About the Role:

Join our team at KDSG Super Speciality Hospital as a Pharmacy Incharge. This role is pivotal in managing the pharmacy operations and supporting our healthcare professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, compounding, and labeling of medications.
• Supervising and managing pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
• Maintaining accurate records of medicines, controlled substances, and inventory levels; ensuring timely procurement.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Providing guidance and training to staff on dispensing protocols, drug storage, and patient counseling.
• Monitoring and ensuring proper storage conditions for all drugs, including temperature-sensitive medications.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A BPharm qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
