About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Review patient medication orders for appropriateness, drug interactions, dosage, and contraindications.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy.
- Monitor patient response to medications and suggest adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide medication counseling to patients on drug usage, side effects, and storage.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BPharm degree.
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
