About the Role:
Join Regency Hospital, Gorakhpur as an Executive/Sr. Executive in Sales & Marketing, where you will lead and enhance our quality functions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Head the Quality function ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Establish and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Drive initiatives reducing defects, improving processes, and enhancing satisfaction.
- Monitor quality KPIs and present reports to management.
- Oversee root cause analysis and manage customer complaints.
- Collaborate across various teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D.

- A degree in any field.
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience.
