Pharmacy In-charge Position at Lilavati Foundation

About the Role:

Join Lilavati Foundation as a Pharmacy In-charge and play a crucial role in our healthcare team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day operations of OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency pharmacy services.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.
• Maintain inventory control including stock levels, expiry tracking, FIFO/FEFO, and cold chain drugs.
• Handle purchase indenting, vendor coordination, and timely availability of medicines.
• Ensure compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Council rules, and NABH standards.
• Supervise, train, and manage pharmacists and pharmacy support staff with proper duty rosters.
• Maintain statutory registers, narcotic drug records, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and administration to ensure safe, efficient medication management.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Qualifications: DPharm/BParm
• Work Experience: 0 to 5 Years
• Skills in Staff Training and Development, Strong Communication Skills, Team Supervision, and Pharmacy Operations Management.
