Pharmacy In-charge at Lilavati Foundation

About the Role: As a Pharmacy In-charge at Lilavati Foundation, you will oversee the operations of our pharmacy services, ensuring the highest level of care in medication management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day operations of OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency pharmacy services.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.
• Maintain inventory control including stock levels, expiry tracking, FIFO/FEFO, and cold chain drugs.
• Handle purchase indenting, vendor coordination, and timely availability of medicines.
• Ensure compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Council rules, and NABH standards.
• Supervise, train, and manage pharmacists and pharmacy support staff with proper duty rosters.
• Maintain statutory registers, narcotic drug records, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and administration to ensure safe, efficient medication management.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Relevant qualification in pharmacy (DPharm/BParm).
• 0 to 5 years of work experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication skills, staff training, and team supervision abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations management.
